Does ABSU write post utme, if yes, then there’s hope, if you’re ready to study hard for it. However not a guarantee, just a chance. Look for the things that are within your control as pertaining this issue, and handle them diligently. And stop worrying.
210 is a good score, but not good enough to get you into public medical school. However, Nothing is impossible, but from experience and knowledge, 210, not very likely to get you into public medical schools.

I made enquiries about this for you, and what I got is that the university of Abuja gives more mark to your o level results than jamb when calculating your points.

I'm running a pre-degree and I am opting for Medicine though I have 210 in jamb. Do you think I can get the course?

From the look of things, you have a higher chance going for a school that uses jamb and o level, because your o level result is good.
