One amenity that your video passed over is that the front interior door panels both have a cubby-hole for storing a compact umbrella. I went ahead and stored a Totes on the driver's side so I'll always have one if needed.

I also hate hidden exhaust. Needs dual exhaust pipes in the rear. Also the wheel arches intrude so much into the cargo area that you can't get gold clubs in with the rear seats in place.
I have a 2011 LTZ right now and love it, from the chrome exterior to the DVD system inside. Unfortunately with the 2018 so far, I don't like the cup holders in the rear and I love the holder inside the center counsel in my truck which I didn't notice in this review unless it's an option. Overall, based off this video alone, I'm planning on a trade in with my 2011 for the 2018 Premier. Thank you for the review!
I want to see more car review videos showing the space between the back window and the back seats. I have kids and I like that area to be a good space between the two because it is the crash zone. I don't like my kids to be sitting too close to the back glass. Anyway I always enjoy your reviews. You're a good guy. Thank you.

Why is there hard plastic on the top portion of the doors? This is unacceptable in the the premier trim same with the new Malibu, which has essentially the same interior.
Audis have a similarly hard plastic in many of the same areas. You see, the plastic they use is of exceptionally high quality - it's a smoother fine textured finish and isn't anything remotely like the old GM crap plastics they used 15 years ago. They put very high-quality soft touch materials almost everywhere that people touch. I do, however, agree that more soft touch on the upper doors would be good.
I hate compact cars especially a suv one. It just defeats the whole purpose of going with an SUV. It is suppose to be big and spacious throughout with ample of features. The only suv, a really SUV I found that has all of the checkmark is the 2018 chevrolet traverse. Not too big and bulky but just a perfect size to be worthy to be consider a real suv.

What is up with these black interiors? They are so dark and dingy. What happened to the colored interiors of old? Burgundy, blue, gray, white, beige...you could match the interior to the exterior. I will not buy a black interior.

Love the "his and hers" front armrest . . . that stitched line has saved COUNTLESS marriages.
There is also a speed warning and speed limit display in the info center. I really like that cause not all places are posted.

You can get black, ash gray, and beige leather interiors with the Premier trim.

If you are referring to the exhaust pipe hanger that is pretty common on all manufacturers not just GM.
Oceanic Flight my 2006 Cadillac dts has little rust underneath, besides on exhaust parts. like he said, it's common.
