Good luck! I’d recommend taking it slow. If a figure seems overpriced then be patient and wait for it to appear online somewhere cheaper. Focus on the cheaper figures first and then progress to the more expensive figures afterwards! (And make sure you don’t go bankrupt)
Here’s something you should do with your mini figures put the duplicates with their sets or just put them in boxes put them away just do something but don’t keep them on there if you wanna get like the exact amount of mini figures you’re gonna have to not count the duplicates And that’s gonna be hard because you have it on there and also who’s gonna want to see two or three of the same mini figure on there like who also you have more room to store more mini figures and you won’t have to have like two rows of kai or two rows of Jay’s you get it

When I started collecting I used eBay. But now that I’ve got most figures, I use bricklink to get the more specific figures
