How did you get the circumference ma

I divided the waist circumference by 6.28 and added some allowances to it so I could achieve some pleats on the waist

If you want it long, you may have to increase the yards you will fold, plus you won't have 60 inches all round you will be increasing the inches as you move to the other end of the fold or you use a fabric with longer width
