Insane work! Hope it will be free at some point. Is the Albina Crash bug fixed in the 0.1 version, too?
This is the crash at Albina, it will be solved with an update to the map. For the one from the Mall, since you only have 16 GB of RAM, try to lower the graphic settings and resolution and don't have the discod on.
Wonderful map, very realistic and detailed, it's a shame that it closes when you reach Albina.
