    I know this is an old video, but I love the idea of keeping a scented card in your tn!

    I just got into Midori, and I find that I love them. I have quite a few TN'S from other makers, which are beautiful, but there's just something about the simplicity and originality of the Midori... oh, and, gesundheit!!!

    WHY have I never thought to use the elastic vertically vs horizontally? And WHY have I never thought to use it to keep pages open when using??? Genious!!! Geesh, I feel so silly! LOL!

    I like saving Halo 😇 stickers too, they're just to cute to throw out😁. Bless you! My adult kids all seem to have allergies also. Missouri weather, not as hot in the summer as Oklahoma, but we still need our a/c. We lived in Muskogee for 3 years, about 26 years ago. It's been a long time. Thank you for sharing your setup and reminding me that I can switch tns whenever I want. Take care 🤗💗.

    I only recently got my first (pre-loved) Midori and now your videos are making me want another! I do have ones by other brands and I do make my own in veg tan leather, I really think I might just have to treat myself to another Midori though. I love your set up of your various TN's :)

    the is the one I'm probably going to get next, ... the only one I have is a lovely dark brown knock-off from Amazon company called Sovereign -- it is so delicious, dark brown leather, smells terrific, love the feel, & came all loaded with 3 booklets, kraft folders, and card holders, and even matching pen for $22. now I need to find a passport size that is delicious and I can afford --- do not need, just want!

    I''m also in the "I forgot how amazing the original midori is" club. I do have a question, though: are there tips for moving between two different sizes? I always seem to miss something I've written in one calendar and not the other.

      It can be a challenge. I sometimes double, triple, and quadruple check to make sure that I have everything.

    Hi John - Question: What type of material is your Fourrouf zippered pouch made of? I ordered a "knock off" one for my Passport TN on Amazon: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QVDNGVM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and am so disappointed with it. I "thought" the brand Fourrouf was made of fabric but I could be mistaken. This one advertises that it is "Cotton Pouch Fourruof Fabric" but feels like cardboard. The zipper area is very small and would be hard to place a folded dollar bill in it. Just wanted to double check with someone who has the brand name to see what it is made of. Thanks so much!!

    • @planningwithjohn

      It a starched cotton. The dupe you ordered from Amazon is almost exactly the same thing. I have a few and they are good.

      @@planningwithjohn Thank you so much for your quick reply. Well I got that one totally wrong...lol. For some reason I thought it would be a softer material. Thank you again for your help.

      @@SonshineLady7 they start out very rigid and the more you use them the softer they get.

    John, where do you find these writing boards? Thanks

    • @planningwithjohn
      @planningwithjohn  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dorothee Prendergast at the end of each year they release a new design for the upcoming year. Places like Baum Kuchen, Jet Pens, Goulet Pens, and others sell them.

      John Rush thanks! I adore the Baumkuchen website and I love Wakako’s letters. Living in Europe it is so difficult to order from the US!
