MX-5 MK1 LED turn signal dynamic clear with black inlay by IL Motorsport.
A really cool update for all MX-5 NA drivers has IL Motorsport at the start.
The new dynamic LED front turn signals come as a complete plug & play unit and are installed in no time.
The sequential LED'S combine the dynamic yellow turn signal function and the white parking light in one sealed housing.
The new clean design perfectly matches the retro look of the NA model and immediately catches the eye of those in the know.
The new IL Motorsport LED front turn signals come with an E-mark and are therefore not subject to registration.
The safety aspect is clearly in the foreground here.
The new LED technology allows for significantly improved visibility in road traffic, especially when turning. This is where the dynamic flashing light function really comes into its own.

@@kipwhite7575 IL Motorsport, says so in the description and title. They ship internationally but outside of Europe you will pay a hundred bucks for shipping. If you're in the US, try Carbonmiata's turn signals, they also look cool
Taste of those turn signals is personal preference of course.. but the video was great! short, up to the point and quite the nice Edits! Keep it up!

Horses for courses I guess. Both schools of thought are valid and respectable. These ones by IL are actually quite nice and like someone else said better than the Carbon's (visually speaking) IMO. Since they are'nt too pricey I might just get some for my 94.

Sieht schon echt nice aus! Also bisher hattest du damit noch keine Probleme bei Kontrollen oder Tüv gehabt? Schon der helle LED streifen wäre es teilweise wert die Teile einzubauen.
Hast du ne Ahnung ob die LED Scheinwerfer von IL-Motorsport auch legal ohne Eintragung einzubauen sind? So richtig klar steht das nicht in deren Beschreibung...

@@traumfaktor Sure. The best about LEDs is That the light is blue on Images. So i Drive an blue na and had the LED and it looked very good.
But classic is the way for me :D

yes, they look cooler, but are not in line with the design of the car. it's the same with ppl adding LED bulbs to their Grand Am/G6 or LED halo headlights lights to a 60s muscle car. to me, modern lighting on older cars takes away from the design. I'll stick with the egg yolk look....

To be honest, I don't know if IL Motorsport delivers to the USA, you should ask them directly :)
German TÜV does not approve
they do actually. the turn signals arent the cheapest but they are certified for street use actually
the turn signals have have a e-certificate, so you can drive them without problems in germany or as i do here in switzerland!

separate bulb, yes, from other lights. the turn signals are independent of other lights and function on their own. how do new BMWs have their turn indicator approved as it uses the same light bar as the DRL?
Man these are lame. Kinda like how Altezza lights were cool about 15 years ago, looking back now...horrid.
