- So: I’ve been playing with these 5 inch rings as they’re friendly to the camera (the big ones make so much noise it screws with the audio) Here’s the latest handling

I’m watching this after seeing a magic show using this exact trick that me , myself got called up to try myself and I found NO gaps on them all and was so confused and the guy was like “ Look closely “ and then did it again and told me to clot what he was doing so I did and it worked :D but I couldn’t separate them again -,- :<

8 months late but there are very small gaps in the rings (obviously). The only way to see them is by going frame by frame, on a computer.
11 months late but actually there is only 1 that has a hole in it and 2 rings are actually rigged and cant be separated and 1 ring is real@@johnderat2652

How he does the trick :
Two rings are permanently connected, one ring is solid, and a ring has a secret gap from where he connects the other.
At the start when he tries to connect a separate ring to the two permanent rings he doesn't actually connect it but he drops the ring into his hand and drops a permanent ring, infact you can see that he later on doesn't do tricks with those two rings and only does trick with the other two.
How the four ring works :
He takes the two permanent rings and connects them to the trick ring connected to the solid ring.

Why can't you see the gap at the end though? The gapped ring has to be one of the ones in the middle and he's not holding those
@@DMSBrian24 I'm guessing that it's because it's a little gap that gets opened when it hits something. And then it's small enough to not be seen in camera.
Oooo I see, he spreads/creates the gap so it's actually a gap by squeezing the ring from the opposite end of the "gap". It's really just a cut in the ring.

If you pause the video at certain points, you can see that the rings can open itself up to "link" with another ring. My brain can finally rest.
People asking how he did it smh... obviously the rings' molecules phased through one another similar to how there's a chance that your hand will phase through a table

There's a small gap between each ring where there's just enough room to fit them together, that's why when he spins it they don't fall off and why you can't really notice it unless you're really looking

Basically two of the rings are always connected together and don't come apart (the one he uses on his right arm, your left) then there are 2 rings that aren't connected. One of those rings has a little slit that allows it to connect with the other ring and perform the "magic"

If you’re wondering there is a hole in the rings which he uses slight of hand to conceal. The he forces the rings together and apart, he puts the rings through the tiny gap which he hides with a lot of movement and his hands.
This is the most confusing and yet satisfying thing I ever watched.

I think how this works is one of the rings can be pushed apart with a small gap, one of the rings is legitimate, and the other two are connected permanently.
