Most people who work in travel Agency have never taken trips with multiple planes to a foreign country so they don't know that you have to go through customs/borders with all your bags before checking them again for your next connecting flight if the point of entry is not your final destination...

What if you are already in Manitoba before you find out that your luggages aren’t there
It is well. Thank God hubby said we should just go and check if all our luggage got to Canada. When we saw them he still thought they will take it themselves. Thank God he asked and they said we would have to carry it ourselves. I don't know what would have happened.
