It sounds a bit fishy, but I I've tried some 5557 cards and I successfully add the card to the system, but when I place it on the lock, nothing happens. Is it possible that the vendor actually encrypted the cards?
Hi Sir，yes due to safety concerns，all cards need to be encrypted then can work with card reader and locks. But one point needs to be clarified, you also can buy cards from lock manufacturers not only your existing vendor.
