Hi Tom. I have long term accomodation. I have 65 rooms and all cards are expiring next week. Can I wind back the time with a time card so they all dont expire? This would save me getting all the individual cards from my tenants and reprogramming them.?

Hello Tom, I am using a pro+ reader model V9-T5557. Do you know what kind of card it uses? I tried buying a 13.56 MHz Mifare compatible card but it wouldn't be detected by the software & encoder.

Hi there! We try to replace our existing prousb card reader with a new one because our current prousb card reader have expired. After we registered a new registration code with our new prousb card reader, We cannot set our rooms. When using system card, it beeps a few times only but still cannot set the rooms.

I am trying to switch our code system to a new computer, I have all the buildings and rooms already in the system and I am trying to use the same keycard encoder just with a new computer when I try to make keys it beeps and does not open the door.

How many locks do you have? Do you have public PCB board for the main door lock? If you have you can set the main door lock as public lock.

How do we identify a lock to be the front door - or public door lock. We want the card to be able to open the front door and then their specific room. Is this even possible?

I'm using same program and card as your clip. But now days I can't make new Mastercard or building card. It doesn't not work. When I using new own just making "beep" sounds. Well. hi... ive followed your instructions..but when i issue the room card and hold it on the sensor, there is a musical sound followed by a jarring noise and vibration..followed by a gap of 2 secs. and then ends with that same vibration but the lock doesnt open. What do you think is the issue? And can you temme is the system card,room no. setting card and clock setting card has to be a single card or different cards? Please help
Maybe the lock not installed well. system card, room set card are different cards.

The new cards can't work with your encoder and lock. Because the cards need correct encrypted then can work with your encoder.
