Majestic! as a DJ in the 70's I played these ladies a lot with my control volumen crazy! Great that her daughter and grand daughter took over the roles of the other sisters that passed away!

This was an amazing performance... However, I saw them live in Wisconsin right around this time (They had the exact same line up and outfits when I saw them)... And they ended the concert with a 15 to 20 minute version of this song... This short clip does NOT do it justice... How I wish they had this long version available recorded... It not only took you to Church... it literally exorcised your soul. I saw people of every age dancing in the aisles like crazy... it was an experience to behold.

She's not one of the sisters, has to be a replacement. Ruth is singing lead and Anita is on the other end. Bonnie left the group years ago and unfortunately, June passed away. It seems with the contemporary girl groups numbering in fours, it always ends up being three somewhere in mid-career. Same thing happened to Sister Sledge and En Vogue.

Nope, because Bonnie left and June died. I love seeing Ruth and Anita still doing their thing. They look and sound great for 68 and 66.
That is Ruth's daughter Issa who's a fill in. She is also the daughter of long time Temptations member Dennis Edwards. Ruth's grand-daughter Sadako also sings in the group as an alternate singer as well. They just keep it in the family!

Calvin375 Don't forget that Anita had one daughter named Jada who died in 2003. Their 1973 song "Jada" was written for her. Anita raised her granddaughter Roxie following the tragedy. Jada used to sing, but I'm not sure if Roxie does.
