Hello boss im having a problem here i bought a dstv decoder, when doing the steps of installation wizard, the decoder scan from 0 number of tv serves to 35 then back to zero again.what could be the problem?

Just there on step 4 of 5, I have selected universal as an LNB type and when I try to scan it just shows a black bar .what can I do coz from there it doesn't move it hist stays there.
