Did you have to buy the expensive transformer or did the utility company buy the transformer and then bill you over time as part of their infrastructure cost?

Glad to see you moving along! Is there a restriction on how big of a tiny home you'll allow?

No! Although the concept of a big tiny home seems like a bit of an oxymoron! Bring it out and we'll find/design a space for you!

@RvParkBuilder when looking at tiny homes they really vary in size. To me a tiny home is under 399 sq ft, even those size out differently

@@taraized Makes sense! CometTroy's Class A motorhome is 40 x 10 (with slides out). That's about 400 sq ft tiny home size and he knows what it's like. The only restrictions we have here in our subdivision is "no mobile homes". Therefore, we can accommodate any size tiny home. However, Tennessee does have a "Ready-Removable" law which applies to shed builds, which are allowed as long as certain requirements are met. TN also permits tiny homes, but regulates the manufacturer, dealer and installer of tiny homes under "Modular Building Units" law, requiring a license. We haven't found that DIY tinys are allowed in TN, but what do we know?
