I have that square brush and never use it. Thanks for using that brush, little things like that help us beginners not to get stuck in loop. Love your work!

I've been doing a lot of detailed botanical illustration and felt a need to go back to more abstract florals with whimsical doodles so it was serendipitous that this video popped up. thank you, Betty. i do feel so much better. as for your question, i used the peacock blue for the background but it got mixed in a bit with the leaves which are olive green.
