I've been running this exact same break for about 5 years no issues, until the control board died. Their shitty dumb tech service immediately wanted to know what voltage I was running at. When I told them 240v they didn't want to help me. It's just a giant scam company that offers little support. I found the technical repair manual for this online, but lost the link and they didn't even know it exsisted. I will never buy one of thier crap chinese machines again. I see they now have a competitor called KaKa. that is about 15% cheaper. KAKA Industrial EB-4816B Manual Magnetic Sheet Metal Box and Pan Brake www.grainger.com/ec/pdf/4LEK7_1.pdf
