Thanks again for all your hard work is greatly appreciated 🙏
I loved the aircraft at the beginning. Back in the days when we still had an airforce.
Been to the museum twice but this looks fantastic. Unfortunately not just round the corner for me as I’m in Glasgow. Think I’ll have to try and get down to one of the Air shows. Welcome to the RAF’s best recruitment tools 😂 great to keep these machines in the air and well done to the private owners who do such work. I’ll see the B17 at my visit to Duxford in August.
I did my trade training at RAF Cosford in 1985. Seems like a lifetime ago now. TCOM11 , went on to work as part of UKMF TCW at RAF Brize Norton. Great memories.
Likewise TCOM16 the last of us
I was Cosford TCO72
Great clip taken there" and love the music too, 💯👌
Dave, That's So kind of you to say, these videos take so much work,
Thank you.
Great video
Had no idea there was that many restored seocat jags about?? Wonder if any of them are air worthy?
I’d love to go there
Tastefully managed audio - underrated! Adding music could have ruined this vid but it came up when it needed to shield, and it came down when the noises we're here for showed up! Nice work, as always. Cosford looks way less crammed than the scorcher I attended in 2018. Mega hot day and too many people meant a good bit of time spent in the nice cool cold war hangar during some of the flying displays! 😅
yes I had a nightmare editing the bits with copyright music, especially the french displays, I used my music as you noticed, had to be done because of copyright laws
Better to leave it off, please 😊
This is great Stu. Welldone 👏
She’s a beauty in the sky
Hello 🐻 @ karen Corocan ❤❤❤how are you today ☺️
@@beckydavies1710 hey Becky I’m good thanks how are you
@@karencorcoran2198 ah bless ya mate not to bad fanx mate ♥️ @ karen corocan
Wow, that is a lot of Jaguars!
Cosford Airshow
Airshow World love louis shirley
The 2000D's are always so impressive. great video !
Great video, Stu!
All those Jaguar's reminds me of when i was young, we lived a couple of miles of Coltishall where the majority were based. Think ive just had a crisis!!
I loved Coltishall, I always remember cycling to watch them at the end of the runway near the little graveyard and the draft of the aircraft kept blowing my bike over, loved Coltishal, Great Days.
Where did all the jags come from..?
I see a lot of Jaguars a few Tornados and a Harrier GR3. These obviously are no longer flying. Are they used for ground crew training?
Flaberraha was that that ride or what 😮
Its a shame you cant see the Tonkas, Jags and the other maintenance training aircraft in the Museam. They have soo many!
I might pop back and do a video about the Museum
Where else can you see 17 Jaguars!!
Good to see a British airshow, an endangered experience, but loose the background music, this is about power in the air, not from a speaker! And can we now believe the Red Arrows angelic work in the air is mirrored on the ground? DA
Thanks David, I had a nightmare time editing this video with the music being played, I had to use my non copyright music or I would get a copyright strike. As you can imagine I was cursing at the time, I'm sure they do it on purpose LOL
Thx for the great video as always but yes i agree that the background music was not necessary and really spoiled the enjoyment.
I honestly lost interest in watching any more of the video once the music started.
Aviation enthusiasts like to hear the sounds of the aircraft.
yes, dam copyright music on the speakers makes my life very difficult
When are the organisers coming in to the modern age and give people ear monitors so instead of having to listen to the dreadful talking over loudspeakers you put an ear phone in your ear, all commentary in an ear piece, they do it at major sporting events you see people listening as they watch the sport, stop talking over the Engine noise it’s what people want to here the engine noise not prattling noise of people talking.
great idea Kevin, it would make my life easier, the only problem would be that they have to have speakers for security announcements, lost children etc. I had to put my own music on some of these videos, which is something I hate doing but because of copyright laws, I had to use my music.
Lovely I'll admit, but this is definitely not Cosford 2024
Not Cosford, so where do you think it is, because I filmed it last Sunday at a very cold Cosford
it 100% is, i was there and saw myself haha
The Mirage display at 1 hour in was ruined by the totally irrelevent pop-music noise.
yes, it drove me totally crazy when editing this video, the display was ruined as you say by music, I had to as you can tell put my own non copyright music on, nightmare to edit.

I’m just gonna come out and say it
Air show in the UK are not as good as they used to be this years Costford show I think was pathetic and if I pay good money to see that I’ll be very very disappointed anybody who’s a similar age to me in the mid 50s will remember better days we used to get a large mix and variety of aircraft being flown and demonstrated different aircraft coming from different countries. Different countries used to operate different aircraft as well so used to get a really good mix bag now it’s just the same aircraft because everybody operates pretty much the same thing with the odd exception,
CAA restrictions on what can be done, when, and how low - have ruined the airshow scene.
@@hamshackleton I understand what you’re saying, but I mean the amount of aircraft that is on static show or being displayed too much of the same thing too many countries use typhoon too many countries use the F 35 and so on years ago, most European countries went their own way had different aircraft. There was a massive variety of things to see now it is just boring.
I agree, without a Vulcan, Victor, Concorde, even Harriers, or any other old British jets, it's not the same,
I miss the Tornados too.
Thanks all to the CAA for spoiling airshows 😔
