The most unfortunate thing is that as adults, we are discouraged and shamed for asking questions. Children hardly feel stupid when asking questions, yet adults would rather take the obviously-wrong choice than to ask critical questions.
In my opinion, the time you ask questions is the time you start growing. The reverse is also true. When you stop asking questions, you accept whatever is expected of you and become somebody else's tool instead of your own person.

You're so right! It's a shame that as adults, we often feel discouraged or embarrassed to ask questions. Kids are so fearless when it comes to curiosity-they ask anything without worrying about feeling stupid. But as adults, we sometimes shy away from asking even the most important questions.
