The dealers go in shifts. They didn't reshuffle the shoot. The dealer can't control the cards.
Are you saying they switched dealers so the next dealer was luckier or has the ability to force out better cards??? Magic cards? (Lol)
DON'T GAMBLE
The only way I can think of any dealer making a difference in the outcome is if they just reshuffle if the count is really favorable to the player in the shoot or cheat.
Beyond that I don't see your point or logic.

Asking for your card to be face down is doing yourself a disservice by not knowing what card you have to see if you should keep hitting or not. Almost a gamble within a gamble
When you double down, you only get one card.....You can't "keep hitting".
