If you mean in the first clip - it’s plant watering system at Ramazith’s Tower. It just happened to have triggered at the wrong (or right?) moment lol. It was unintentional & I found it funny, so published it like this.
After you have a scene that locks his romance in Act 2 (Shadow-Cursed Lands) it should be possible. That scene can be accidentally missed if you progress main quest too far (but you would get a warning from the game).
