Glen i had Sciatica many years ago, very painful and you just can't get comfortable. Your very right, who thought your back starts 1/2 down your butt geeeeeezzz, i found that out when my chiro kept asking permission to touch there 😱😷 🙌🏻✅ A chiropractor helped , regular visits for a year. My job keeps me active and i think that helps Hang in there buddy
