I started crying when I saw mingi I miss and love him so much ATEEZ each and every one of you have helped me keep fighting and going and I know you probably won't see this but all of us atiny love you so much and thank you for everything that you have done and are doing for us.
Although their eyes where looking around a little looking for the camera, I'm actually surprised at the camera work. Mnet camera work makes me dizzy af. They zoomed into the correct member, the quality was amazing, they showed the choreo and didn't try any ridiculous camera movements. Love this so much.
I feel like Ateez really stood out in the pandemic era. It's hard to maintain your energy and confidence without any fans screaming for you, giving you that immediate feedback and adrenaline. But if you can be this powerful in a silent room, you're the real deal.
8 months later, but that's exactly what first drew me to them as trainees. They never moved like a rookie group with jitters and confidence issues. They started out strong and absolutely sure of who they were. It felt so new and exciting! And to this day I feel that same excitement with everything they do! They have never had a lackluster stage. They perform as if they are hungry for their art.
I've recently become an Atiny. Before this, I was just an ARMY, and a casual listener to other Kpop artists. But in the last five days, I kept on bingewatching Ateez videos on YT, and I have to admit that I've finally fell into the Ateez blackhole.

Yunho: pinkish hair colour - 0:44 He is the tallest one in the group and exceptional at dancing (they all are tho) - singer. Yeosang: whitish hair in a ponytail - 0:48 Beauty and savage. He loves his chicken tho - singer. Choi San: black hair - 0:41 S T A G E D E M O N and he's a singer. Mingi: brownish hair - 0:28 Tall but soft and a rapper. Beautiful and has the best smile :). Wooyoung: black hair - 1:15 ATEEZ sexy member. Kinda loud and chaotic but we all love him. Looks like a fox. It’s amazing how every single member always has so much energy every performance. Literally not a single member is lacking in terms of energy and performance.
Not many people talk about Hongjoong's dancing, but I couldn't keep my eyes off him throughout this video. Every movement looks so smooth and fluid, like second nature. I think people don't notice because he's never really at the front for dance breaks ect. BUT trust me, watch him throughout this video! You'll be surprised!!

It’s been a stressful year and them singing one day at time just made me cry my eyes and heart out. I’ve been feeling really depressed lately with me getting sick with COVID, my grandma (who’s my idol) passed away, my grades in college are dropping prolong my graduation, starting a new job, and fixing my car. It seems that bad things keep happening but this song really make me feel like I can continue. I’m so grateful for them and there music ♥️
Hello sweetheart, just hang in there, you can make it. Look at yourself and tell yourself that you're strong (and listen to One Day At A Time everyday). And make sure that you have a citrus fruit everyday. If you can, study soon after you've woken up, when you're alert and not tired. And study immediately after your class. I totally understand about grades dropping, prolonging graduation, but you are going to make it. Is it possible for you to work just part-time or not at all? It’s amazing how every single member always has so much energy every performance. Literally not a single member is lacking in terms of energy and performance.
Not many people talk about Hongjoong's dancing, but I couldn't keep my eyes off him throughout this video. Every movement looks so smooth and fluid, like second nature. I think people don't notice because he's never really at the front for dance breaks ect. BUT trust me, watch him throughout this video! You'll be surprised!!

It’s been a stressful year and them singing one day at time just made me cry my eyes and heart out. I’ve been feeling really depressed lately with me getting sick with COVID, my grandma (who’s my idol) passed away, my grades in college are dropping prolong my graduation, starting a new job, and fixing my car. It seems that bad things keep happening but this song really make me feel like I can continue. I’m so grateful for them and there music ♥️

Hello sweetheart, just hang in there, you can make it. Look at yourself and tell yourself that you're strong (and listen to One Day At A Time everyday). And make sure that you have a citrus fruit everyday. If you can, study soon after you've woken up, when you're alert and not tired. And study immediately after your class. I totally understand about grades dropping, prolonging graduation, but you are going to make it. Is it possible for you to work just part-time or not at all? I did that and got all A's and B's one year . And if you can, don't work in the summer and do just one course.. I did that and got an A+. Tomorrow, listen to Celebrate. ~Best wishes
