    This has to be the best tutorial on stacks I’ve seen on TH-cam. You explain everything so clearly. Thank you so so much man!! Can’t wait to produce tomorrow!

      Not to mention I had no idea about that 2nd fundamental on the basses. I would always cut them at around 100 hz 😅 again, thank you for these videos!

    I have easily spent many thousands of hours on TH-cam watching music production related content over the years, and it's safe to say this is probably one of the best videos I've came across in that time! Really useful information with logical explanations at a reasonable pace with zero bullshit. I know I'll be coming back to this as a reference over and over again many more times in the future! Thanks again man, I really appreciate this info, seriously. Best believe I hit the subscribe button AND the like button with the QUICKNESS!!! (..and you should too--whoever you are reading this!..)
    Oh, and yeah...that background music was kicking my ass too, straight fucked my brain up forreal- shit was actually throwing me off something fierce! So much in fact, that by ~25min in I actually had to pause the video to check to see how much longer I was going to have to endure it for but thank god the video was basically over so perfect timing in all honesty! LMFAO🤣I'm dead-ass serious too unfortunately lol! I wish I was just talking shit to poke fun for shits and giggles but I actually got pwned so jokes on me I guess hahahahaa 😆😆😂😂😁😁😉😉✌🏼✌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👍🏼👍🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼 Anyways, keep this stuff comin' bruh I'll be the first to click 💯🔥

    Man, this vid is a gamechanger! I've been making drops from the top bottom for 1.5 years. Definitely will try this method. Question, how do YOU layer snares and kicks. You don't overlap transients do you?

    Hey, tutorials are great. love how you go into explaining your decisions and how to apply them in general. I do get a little thrown off by the background music playing while you are talking. checked twice to see if i had any other audio playing.

    Thank you for the tutorial, I'm new here and I'm learning a lot, been a sub to the other 2 channels though for some time now, Compressing the drums together is not necessary?

    • @soundhorizonacademy
      @soundhorizonacademy  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Thanks for the sub! I don’t tend to compress my drums, I try to just get the best source samples and do as little work as possible, lazy 😂 I try to keep it simples!

    “Let me use this bass loop so we can do the drums”…. Homie! The bass loop is the part I need help making more than drums! I’m not that far in so hopefully we get to that but im not out here starting with pre built bass loops, that’s what I need to work on making!!
    Edit: Never mind

    • @soundhorizonacademy
      @soundhorizonacademy  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Lmao yeah dude the bass loop was just for context to build the drums before starting the rest of the drop, hope this was helpful tho buddy 🙌

    • @connordaniels4653
      @connordaniels4653 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@soundhorizonacademy it was, I added an edit. But still can we make a bass loop like that first one too?
