The Ateq is displayed by default sccm or ccm ? A leakage of 0.348 ccm is it a possible one to be measured under stable conditions ?

Very small leak for SCCM. Smallest I ever measured without a tracer gas is 1.2 sccm. Also, SCCM and CCM are the same thing.
