I have the Alpaka in X-Pac and it is stellar. It's by far my favorite EDC pack especially because it stands on its own easily. There's no way it is 26L though. I compared it with the Evergoods CTB26 and the CTB can probably hold like 50% more stuff.

Two bags that feel smaller than their naming.
The laptop compartment isnt that great. If you over pack the main compartment it will dig in and squish your laptop
