Latvia is UTC + 02:00 during Standard Time
Latvia is GMT/UTC + 03:00 during Daylight Saving Time
DST Time Change 2021 in Latvia:
Sun 31 Oct 2021, 04:00:00 clocks were turned backward 1 hour to
Sun 31 Oct 2021, 03:00:00 local standard time instead.
I observed that UTC is 02:00. Didn’t you change to a wrong Time Zone by advancing only 1 hour for Latvia instead of 2 hours? If UTC were 02:00, on Sun 31 Oct 2021 Latvia should have switched back from DST and the right time would be 04:00
