Your Badass! I wasmt sure if you were driving a patroit until you went though that tight slippery section. Suoer impressive you were doing that in a patriot! Very inspiring, I kind of want a patriot for a few years
Thanks! I actually have a walk around video if you want to check it out. But I'm running 2.5inch perfomex lift. 235/75/15 Falken wildpeak at3w. 2.4L. 6spd auto. CV
@@ElantraFukkenGang I haven’t done the research for years and years but based on my memory - the Freedom drive 1 and 2. Only the FD2 has the trail rated version and has CVT tranny with options like rock crawl mode etc. FD1 is the latitude 4x4 . It’s not really advertised as FD1
@@Daniyoyo wonder if you know the answer to this, my patriot is a high altitude and every vin search comes to a latitude. This is the same for many other high altitude owners. Any ideas
Hey would y’all let a subi outback with a lift and rally gear tag along? Went down all the trails in talladega national forest and accidentally went on one that was not supposed to be open.
Possibly! I had a fee moments struggling with clearance issues but i had full underbelly skids. Im on a 2.5inch lift on 30s. So you be the judge for your rig
@@MW3JKU yeah I’m 4 inches lifted on 225/75r16 mts but gonna go bigger soon I know I have over 640ftlbs of torque in 4 low I got the power just I don’t have lockers and I do have skids as well and a front welded bumper
Awesome vid, congrats for both your skills and that very capable Patriot!
Excellent video , its a lot of fun riding with different jeep models. All jeeps are bad ass . ✌🦆

Thanks! Just out having fun and showing that a patriot can be just as capable as other rigs out there
I love my patriot 4x4, extremely capable and surprising , turning radius is the best as well
You earned that badge!
Nice! Can’t wait to get back to Windrock
Same! Gotta get back to hit trail 26!
Trail 26 is a fun one 😁
Repping us well homie rock on
How the trans been holding up off-roading I been told the trans don’t last long
I no longer have the patriot but it was amazing up to the day I traded for my wrangler. Gave it 2 years of hell and never failed me!
2014 they got the reliable transmission.
Awesome. I like the first person view. Do you have a splash shield?
Thanks! And what do you mean when you say splash shield?
Sorry the splash shield. The under carrier
@@maurice2289 i have steel skid plates on the front and rear
Awesome build! What type of lift and tires are you running? Also do you have the 2.4l or 2.0? 6spd? CVT? Sorry for all the questions!

@@MW3JKU how is the performex lift working for you? I have a 2017 Patriot and looking for a good lift.
There is 2,2l 6speed manual too and it's mersedes engine

How long did it take you to complete the trail?
With all the ran and other mechanical issues that came up for others, it took about 4 hours
Is this the freedom drive II or I ?
Neither, 6 speed auto.
@@ElantraFukkenGang freedom drive 1 is what I have - also 6 speed auto
