    I'm so happy this one is vegetarian/can easily be made vegan! Sounds delicious and tofu is my favourite food ever, will have to try it!

    interesting recipe, look delish. little plum slices bring back childhood memories. the seaweed crisp also my favorite Thai snack. enjoy watching this video so much Asian grocery shopping is quite therapeutic for me.

    I love Chinese shops. I’ve gotten some delicious dried bean curd that tastes exactly like beef jerky but is vegan. So tasty!

    At this point in my life I have so many allergies, I literally eat only about seven different things.
    One of which is sweet potatoes, because they are amazing. And heretofore, I did not know of the existence of sweet potato noodles.
    Until just now.
    I have now won at life.

      in Florida they were, with life seafood, and a whole meat section. Most was a mystery, but great. OH, nice frozen section as well.

    What a coincidence. I just make a tofu soup but it didn't taste really good. I'll try Jessica tofu soup next time i cook.

    This video made me nostalgic... I was in China few months back and I wanna go again now... Also it's really hard to find such shop in my country. So I guess I need to visit England. It's closer. XD +I somehow manage to lost track of my thoughts and end up converting Celsius to Farenheit...

    What are those leaves in the tea? Mint or tea leaves? I didn't realise you could just snip off some of the plant and put it in hot water to drink, i thought it needed to be dried and stuff...

      in the US, I'd call that Bok Choy, but perhaps it's both.

    I go and buy Nori Seaweed and eat it plain alot. Sweet Potatoes are real easy to grow. Check TH-cam.
