In this video we are going to show you about how you can actually solve your access is denied on C drive or any other drive. Its some time very frustrating to solve this issue when you want to open C drive and you get the error message like Access is denied. And in some case NTFS security permission tab is also not working and give the error message like Cant open Access Control Editor after computer sucked around for 5-10 minute. For English viewer go through the below step:-
1) Start your Windows in Safe mode or Safe mode with command prompt
2) Logon as administrator or administrative right user account
3) Go to Run and type = Regedit
or if Regedit is not working then start the computer in Safe mode with command prompt
Type Regedt32
Go to the following registry key path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Locate the following REG_DWORD value in Right side pane:
ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin = 0
ConsentPromptBehaviorUser = 0
EnableLUA = 0
Exit from Registry Editor and restart the computer to turn off the UAC
4) Reboot the computer and start in Normal mode if working, otherwise in Safe mode
5) Go to My computer - Right click on C: drive - Properties - Security - Advance - And now try to change Ownership of the drive and set the permission for it.
6) Done! you have now access to C: drive.
7) Enable back your UAC as per previous registry value.
Go to Run and type
Msconfig
Go to tools - Change UAC setting - Launch - Set to default - Reboot and Done

Sir, I have recently installed SSD and windows 10 in SSD. I can boot from HDD and SSD both. There is a problem that of I sign in from SSD, I get this error for D drive. My only fear is if I follow your solution, will I be able to Boot my Laptop from HDD or not? because SSD will change the user permission on HDD main drive.
