In Episode 30, we take a monumental step forward in our space adventure by establishing a robust intergalactic logistics network to supply Aquilo with everything it needs for fusion cells, quantum processors, and foundation production. With these vital components in hand, we edge closer to completing all the science packs in the game. As the endgame looms, it’s time to devise a strategy for venturing to the edge of the solar system, where the materials for the final science pack await. Fusion reactors get proximity bonus. That is why the extra ports as this is the only way to connect more generators.
Resistance 3000/10% means 3000 damage and 10%. So only railgun can do the job as it has more than 3k physical damage.

Thanks for the clarification, I hate how the game is never clear on any of this stuff. I kinda guessed 3000 meant "the first 3000 dmg is ignored"
