The comparison is based solely on my frustration that I felt each guy had a lot more to give and would disappear for stretches when I wished they would attack more. It's sad but it is today. Look at the portal....half these kids won't even end up on A team, much less a better one. Very few get to "upgrade" their position. When things get tough....they get going!

Tom Izzy is overrated.sooooooo overrated.His ego causes him to bench his best players all the time.In fact, if you are a skilled player he is not interested in your development as much as people saying what a great coach he is.He will stunt your growth without question.He has a bucket full of fake humility in his interviews.
Rocket is a very skillful player. Needs confidence and development. He will be successful where he goes.
