Hi. When you are using this device's intervalometer function and the camera is in autofocus mode will it refocus before each shot or it will focus just once before the whole interval shooting and will use that focus point throughout the whole process? Thanks
while in Autofocus, it will refocus and start but the time to refocus will not be compensated in any form. for timelapse, and astro better to use manual focus

LOL yaa, I was trying to find something new, that’s less distracting, in many Unboxing videos I find the hand to be very distracting so why not find a way to remove them visually using green screen. Love your comment. Cheers 🍻
I have a Nikon Coolpix 950 and the only way to make this work is hook the transmitter directly to the camera. Trying to use the receiver does not work. So, I wish they had a cold shoe mount on the transmitter. Had to devise a way to strap the transmitter to my tripod. Any idea how long the batteries last? The low battery symbol always shows even with new batteries. Nice overview.
Nice. I guess the reason for absence of cold show not present on transmitter is that, hooking the transmitter directly to camera makes it a wired shutter device which typically is used when you want to decouple the vibrations of pressing the button from camera, however if you are using the program that logic is no more valid. Most modern camera are now having inbuilt Intervalometer like my R6. I guess the value associated by putting the cold shoe feature in the transmitter is probably little vs the cost.
@@ASTROindi I hadn't thought about vibration if it is mounted on the camera. Since I have to use it wired it needs some way to not be hanging from the cable. My Nikon only allows a minimum of 30 seconds between shots which is why I chose an intervalometer.
Should be but it will have a different connector, mine came with two connector but not sure what is the connector on Sony camera. ALso in this video chat you will find the Manufacturer had commented, you can aproach them for more details.
Hello and thanks! The Bulb option doesn't work for me- it takes the photo immediately after pressing also in Timer option, can you help me find the solution?
@@g-dd-were5763 in bulb option what are you pressing that photo is taken, if you press the circular shutter button it will click immediately, if in program mode it’s taking immediately yiu can set initial delay time, so once you start the program it will take the pause set by you then will execute the program. Hope it helps
Hi Bhai! I have two identical model WTR-2 receiver units. I'm trying to set the smart code on one of them so that they both fire on command from a single transmitter and I'm not successful. I am following exactly the instructions in the manual but one of the units is not being able to set the smart code. How should I proceed? Could you help me?
It should work definitely, however not sure of the connector cable if the pins matches, in the user Manual there are separate cable no given for different manufacturers which can be brought separately.

total pice of crap equipment sent it right back to amazon. transmitter is unreliable to receiver., only worked as promised when cable wired to the camera

@@karsayk for example the shutter duration set is 10 sec, the camera takes 1 s to focus then your actual exposure will be 10-1=9 sec

Newer variants of camera like Canon EOS R6 has inbuilt intervalometer, worth checking if you own such a model.

I only can set my unit from 1 to 7 n shoots. doesn´t appers 199 or - - . It´s a defective unit, right?

It's only for Canon cameras. I found one of the cables has not match with the ports of my Nikon D750

@@ASTROindi Yes, I did. I think there is a fault with the transmitter device. On “N” and the number will only increase to 7. No higher. No 199 or 8.

Not a bad video, but the music surging in and out from low to LOUD, and the pointless "floating hands" are very distracting.
