BMW E60 maintenance and upgrades

It sure feels like this car has one issue after another that I’m fixing. This weeks adventure is solving codes P0012, P0015 and 2A82. Both throttle position sensors and Vanos solenoids are now replaced and I’m still getting a code. New oil filter cap goes on tomorrow with the hopes of solving this nagging issue.

How much travel if you hit a speed bump ? Love the e60 just not a fan of lowering that much, Old and retired.

There’s very little travel in the suspension, so the ride is a little rough.

I was just ready for a change. It was nice, but really wanted a daily that had the ability to fit more gear in the back. The 5 series didn’t have folding rear seats which was annoying.

These are M5 sideskirts and I added Maxton Designs sideskirt extensions.

What is your offset? Did you have to use a 5x120 to 5x114.3 adapter? I got my old Weds I want to put on but my specs

I had my wheels redrilled, but the final offset is 27 front and 24 rear with 225/35/20 front 245/35/30 rear
