Wish I had more & better video of him. YES- he was born without arms and walks like anyone else. Video shot in 1999 with a Cannon Hi8 and filled in with Sony Digital 8. Spent too much time on the palm reader waiting for a crowd to get out of the way. His name is Mark Goffeney, member of Big Toe Rocks Band. Been seen often at Balboa Park, San Diego.
