I'd love to see James doing a show about the UK, especially covering some of the great crafts-people working in the UK. There are people with amazing technical and artistic talents who deserve recognition and I think James would showcase them brilliantly.
May was always my favourite of the three, and i love all of the shows he's done outside of top gear since the noughties (not reassembler so much, tbh... bit dull).
There is an episode of that where James says "in the future, its possible we'll be making content like this just for one person", and I thought yup, can only be me watching this bloody lawnmower come back together.
Top blokes? Nobody forget Mayo was happy to host Bill Wyman on his Radio 2 show and promote his album; Wyman at FORTY SEVEN dated a THIRTEEN YEAR OLD, and slept with her when she was FOURTEEN. Anyone think that's okay? Good old BBC employees promoting grooming sex offenders.

Well I for one would like to see a Our Man In The UK, and I doubt I'm the only one. And unfortunately it sounds like the Our Man In series is only going to be three episodes going forward, not just India. I wonder who thought that was a good decision. It can't cost any more, they still film plenty that is left out. There's less editing work to make three episodes compared to six, but it seems like such a waste to have from the onset 'Okay, no matter how much good material we get we'll have to cut it down to three episodes'. I think they should have the goal of six when they are planning the episode, and make it more or less depending on what they end up with.
I watched the series. Sadly, and unlike his previous efforts in Japan and Italy - which were fresh - it was dreadful. Other, more accomplished, British individuals specialising in this type of stuff have, through the years, "done India" so much better. Pity.
I strongly disagree, i enjoyed the show just as much as series 1 and 2. My only complaint is that there are only 3 episodes, i'd have liked to see as much content as they showed in Japan and Italy.
I agree actually. He seemed fed up during the whole thing, like he didn’t want to be there. There was no joy. Even my partner said “he doesn’t seem himself, maybe he’s getting old?”

I love this man. He's done some very interesting projects. Looking forward to his next adventure ❤

He did “Oz and James drink to Britain” quite a while ago, which was decent.
@@DanielJohnson28 I know, but even my liking of James cannot outweigh my utter abhorrance of Oz Clarke. I just can't stand him!

any show he has done that isnt top gear is dull/weird or just makes no sense, for some reason amazon think they owe him a living
we love you james
Two top blokes chatting….. I could listen to them all day 👍😁

Our Man in Brazil, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, and Eastern Europe
Brilliant series
I'd love to see Our Man in the U.K. Please take me to the Midlands and the Blue John Mines.
Great interview
I suppose “our man in Argentina” is out of the question… 😄
"Our man in Mexico, featuring Richard Hammond"
It was more the BBC and its war association that the Argentinean folk - understandably dislike, James would be welcomed. Very nice people.

I’d like to say, “Our Man in North Korea”, but I think Michael Palin nailed that one for the foreseeable future.

Our man in Ghana!!!!!
Our Man in Sark
We loved it and will still never go lol😅
I found the green man in Rome to be advisory too
Our Man In Iran
Would be amazing. Fantasticly beautiful and historic nation, cracking food and some of the most hospitable and warm people on Earth.
hey @amazon wake up
Wow. he's really everywhere now. can't have the time to get home to feed his cat.
Our man in Antarctica
Our Man in Cuba or North Korea 😅
I've just had a 'holiday' in Cuba. It would be an interesting place for him to visit.
I like May's style of presenting but he has fallen into the trap of, "hapless presenter has a go and fails". Spoiled it for me.
Lmao bro didn’t step a foot past south of central India.

Pity.
He seemed sad and depressed during his India series.. like he didn’t really want to be there.
I didn’t get that impression at all. I thought it was really enjoyable and the best one yet.
Such a shame that these two intelligent, interesting men are behind paywalls. I cannot listen to GHR on medical grounds - the adverts unhinge me.
No Christmas grand tour because of his lawyers.
Our man in India is a massive disappointment, I made it to half way through second one and gave up .
It was pretty dreadful.

Care to explain why?
Too many adverts and same repeated records .. worst radio station ever 💩😤🙉
Sounds like every radio station ever…
