I LOVE watching your videos, my hubby and I are newbies. Our Sea-doo GTI SE 170's just arrived at the dealer and they were missing some chip, so they're not ready to pick up yet. Do you like that model? Also, what sunglasses lense color is your glasses - can you see green and blue nicely with them on, or do they turn the whole world 'a color'? Great videos! You've gotten us very excited for ours to FINALLY be ready!!! ☺

You should definitely try it! Look at the weather/water conditions and pick a day that’s pretty smooth. That should guarantee you some dolphins and sea lions. Have fun and let me know how it goes.😁
The Pacific is a different beast. It's colder than South Florida and the vibes from the dark water gives you a feeling of uncertainty. I swam in the kelp beds around Catalina and I was being stalked by a fast moving shadow. I was like "is that a shark or a dolphin? I can hold my breath for more than 3 minutes. I swear at that time I held my breath for 4 or 5 minutes trying to figure out what is swimming around me? When I popped up for air everyone was pointing past me yelling "look it's a seal!". I gotta say in the summer time the water gets more murkier because of algae. I think I would rather swim in Florida waters where I can see the animal better.

I stumbled upon your videos when I was getting knowledge on SeaDoos and I love your video. I can't wait to get one and start doing things like this. I love traveling and I do that a lot with my job but I also love water. There wouldn't be anything more perfect than traveling around on water.

I Iived in Vegas and would go there to scuba dive. That is one of my favorite places in the world. I had a ritual when I got there. I would get off the Catalina Flyer and head for the pier and buy a fish sandwich, then after that in Avalon there was a really great waffle cone place and I would fill up on that. Then go to my hotel and unpack my gear. Then head over to Casino point to dive. It was a cheap getaway for the weekend and it made you feel like you really went somewhere exotic. I love that place. I live in Florida now and still miss that place. What was the large white mound in the background in the ocean? Was that a tour ship you blurred out?
that looks like alot of fun! I been to Catalina Island 3 times but never on a Wave Runner. It's too bad you didn't go to Avalon. I love visiting that town.

How many pairs of shades do you go through!? I swear everytime I wear a pair of shades out on the ski they get all spotted from the water hitting them at 50 mph, urs always look great, what's your secret!? 🤣
So happy to see this vid. These guys are super chill and part of the reason I went with a SeaDoo. I never knew PWC's could go to Catalina or offshore initially (was a newbie 2 yrs ago). They book months in advance and finally went last fall. Did they know they had a celeb and get you in :) I skipped the snorkeling in the cave portion and just played on the ski. This trip made me wait for the '22 RXT just for the nav screen since I figured I'll make many trips along the coast too, Santa Barbara/Ventura/channel Islands/Malibu and LB. Move to California! Laws suck, it's expensive, but can't beat the weather and 🌊 Catalina is great! Question- we get some cross chop and winds from the south, mornings are smooth but do you recommend aftermarket Sponsons to keep the bow from moving all over the place? I've read they help keep them straight. Love you're vids and reviews! Welcome to Cali. West coast is the best coast 😏

@Daniel Garcia My 2022 RXT-X just arrived a few weeks ago and just getting all the extra's/necessities for it. Also plan on doing a Catalina run. That tour is weeks/months booked up unless you go on a weekday. My uncle just got a GTX 230 so we're going together. Do you plan on taking a flare or CB? Also let me know when you go. There are FB groups that go often. Live north SFV.
I have a few of those '21 GTX 130 pros (but with adjustable height steering) if you find yourself up in Puget Sound... and a few pairs of those headphones you showed the interwebs how to make ;-) PWC's are almost totally undiscovered up here, and the Salish Sea is flat out awesome.

I wonder if the tour will accept outsiders on there own jet skis to ride along with the tour? Fun fact I think it’s mentioned that every year the island moves about an inch up north.
I’m pretty sure they don’t but you can always call to check. That’s an interesting fact, I need to look it up and see why.

Naw it’s literally muscle memory I think. I don’t tilt my head certain ways while riding fast. Example when looking over your shoulder back, don’t tilt up and back. More down and back. I keep it a little tight on but to where you get a headache or anything, just tight enough.
