With statistics showing that 1 in 10 girls aged 14 - 21 are not able to afford sanitary wear, 19-year-old student Amika George took it upon herself to campaign for Free Periods in the UK - a fight that’s lasted two years. Amika joins us alongside outspoken Labour MP Danielle Rowley, to talk about ending period poverty and their campaign, to finally break the taboo surrounding periods.
