Its not the lands getting smaller, it’s those buying and building.. It’s very annoying, you see someone buys a single land and forces to put 2/3 buildings on that land.
They follow european style forgetting they spend more time inside due to the cold, vs hot Ghana where a big compound with trees are needed for ventilation and air flow
Agreed so annoying all that can be seen is concrete, even in the new developments 🌳 🌳 are far & few. Not a good look following cold European countries where people spend more time in than out. Even properties in Spain Cyprus & Greece that are much smaller compared to 🇬🇭 have much more outdoor spaces.
