Tbh it cost me hardly anything to maintain that car, it was reliable for the time I had it and servicing was £150 max! I did the maintenance myself. The only expensive serviceable part is the front disks they are very pricy

Mine has done over 100,000 miles. I'm guessing yours has never been cared for. Plus a Scirocco is nowhere near as refined as the VXR. Its more of a downgrade
@@larssonk22 change the gearbox oil to millers oils and then I can’t remember how much it was it put in, more then what goes in standard that’s for sure

what were issues you had, also what year was it?
I had no problems with mine was a good car tbh, only thing that did irritate me was the gearbox whine but simple fix
