No, completely false title. Both carriers are designed to be refitted to use catapults with or without the ski jump remaining in place. QE is currently in dry dock, solved same issue as PW, but remedying some pre planned heavy maintenance with it for more service time. I refer you to Navy Lookout, and, UK Defence Journal, for more accurate details for your "research"
