Hi andi. Amma Pl watch my video from starting to end. All are same. But watch twice or three times. Suryanamaskara one set is 10 rounds. If you are doing first time do 3 rounds for 10 days. Increase to 6 rounds for next 20 days. There one month finishes. After one month you can do along with me (my video) you can do 10 rounds comfortably. May be tomorrow I will do 30 rounds video.
