      As I said in many videos, how my body permits the posture comes andi. Don’t forget I had very bad knee pain. So my body permitting that way. I’m not following strict rules andi. But I do regularly exercise.

      Knee pain ki medicines emi vundavu amma. Pain killers vaadite health ki manchidikaadu. So only D3, calcium and glucosamine. D3 and calcium use 2-3 months and give one month gap and again use. Glucosamine you can use 1500 mg every day life time. Inni Vaadinaa noppi taggatam anedi vundadu. Just every minute burning taggutundi ante. Nidraponistundi. Exercise and anti inflammatory diet important. Weight taggali.

    It's awesome Bindu..You are my role model.. I am of same age with knee pains.. pl let me know how many sets you do in a half an hour.. Presently I do 5x2 =10 sets in 15 mins and want to do more.. you are extremely good ..All the best😊

      Hi andi. Amma Pl watch my video from starting to end. All are same. But watch twice or three times. Suryanamaskara one set is 10 rounds. If you are doing first time do 3 rounds for 10 days. Increase to 6 rounds for next 20 days. There one month finishes. After one month you can do along with me (my video) you can do 10 rounds comfortably. May be tomorrow I will do 30 rounds video. You have to catch me up in next 3-4 months. Get set ready. All the best and lots of ❤️ ma. 🙏❤️😊
