Hey everyone, just a note I am very dyslexic so I try my best with the names, pokemon I don't use often I struggle with the names as my brain sometimes cannot see how they are said clearly as I don't say them often enough! I hope it is not to annoying! I just hope you enjoy 💗 Took some time putting those Spreadsheets together, but I hope it allows a clear visual of all Pokémon discussed! Let me know what you guys think of all these Pokémon in the video, which ones do you think we will defiantly see?
I want there to be Mega Wigglytuff sooooo badly!!! I can Imagine being one of the zone bosses and just rolling out and bouncing against walls. It would be such an epic fight
I agree with those who say they would like unexplored gens to have megas. I'm not looking forward to too many first or third gen mons as we got a lot from x/y and oras. Also some 6th gen Megas would be in order as it's a return in Kalos and I don't remember any of them being present as of today. Also, some years have passed so we can say it's not too soon. Here's a mega I would like to see; I may add more in the future, just for personal satisfaction. Mega Heliolisk: if I remember correctly it's based on a clamidosaurus. They have really wide collars, it already has that sun/like pattern that can be enhanced, plus Megas have that exaggerated look on them. I could see it being heavy and out of control, like a lot of other forms. Typings being rather electric/fire, nice reference to lizards and the sun, or a more realistic pure electric which would also be fine. Perhaps giving them the drought ability? Idk
It would also be great if Ditto received a mega. Maybe have the ability be for it to transform when the trainer switches or at will. It be a fun gimmick especially if Ditto has the imposter ability.
Not every 1-2 stage mon needs a Mega, many just need evolutions first. People will only complain they can't use Mega Escadrill in the future in B3W3 if Megas aren't brought back. Mega Volcarona with the Ability The Sun (reduces the damage all super effective moves, nullifies Powder Moves, allows it to levitate and gives perminant Sunny Day while in Mega Form in Battle) it's just Volcarona being a sun in battle. Also no more starters need Megas, if the Kalos starters get megas they've share the rejection box with the Unova starters, never to be used again. They need Battle Bond with custom forms. Megas offer nothing but a new design. BB would offer lore. At one time certain mons like Lucario were special as they could Mega Evolve, this is also true for a handfull of Pokemon, to counter this Froakie, Chespin and Fennekin adapted their own trump card, Battle Bond, by growing with their trainers they share DNA through evolution, this creates an aura bond, this upon becoming their final forms unlocks Battle Bond, unfortunately it was extremely powerful creating a near extinction event of the trio, forcing a conservation effort, they eventually became starters. But they lost Battle Bond as a result. Only rare cases found in the wild have access to this and it doesn't always work between a trainer and mon, so they were caught to near extinction. Humans wanted power and it had a price. Vs Delphox, Chesnaught and Greninja have Megas for no other reason than they just do. That doesn't add anything while devaluing Mega Starters. Mega Sylveon? Okay that's funny, that's a good one. Why does Mega Zeraora look so familiar? It reminds me of adult Buu after absorbing good Buu. Mega Pokemon that only have one in existence? Okay, someone was smoking something.
I only trust the confirmed pokemon from the trailer. Don't care what the rumors or "leaks" say. Also I don't think we should count of every pokemon with megas to return. I believe some will be cut such as Hoenn starters, Kanto starters, Latias, Latios, Rayquaza, Mewtwo, Aerodactyl and the primals as well as a couple more. If new megas evolutions is happening, don't give them to pseudo-legendaries, mythicals, legendaries and really powerful pokemon that don't need the boost.
I think your right to only trust the confirmed, I think because we have had such limited information it fun to try work out what we could have, but honestly I would be happy with another trailer with some more pokemon in to give us a little hint what they are cooking 🧑🍳
The only twist that would throw everyone off, would be if unknown Pokemon become the starters. No one would expect that and that might also be in the cards, as anything is still possible for the game right now as no official Pokemon have been released besides the ones in the trailer. I just wish that you could get all pokemon in Pokemon HOME into this game via pokemon home. I'm irritated that Pokemon from Pokemon go can't be transferred into my games, not everyone has enough cash to afford the upgraded Pokemon home, so many are forced to release Pokemon that they would otherwise keep. A game that can hold all pokemon would help with that issue as you could use it to not only store Pokemon, but also have more options as to how you play, which is one of the benefits of being a monster catching and training game. It would also add depth to competitive battles and give a way to get Pokemon not otherwise accessible until dlc is unlocked. A game that is based on going to the past and future to prevent the future destruction could have a lot of paradox Pokemon in it, but maybe the ones found could be the same as the ones we already have plus new ones to give depth to the game. Paradox Pokemon that can mega evolve could become a thing even if it's not likely.
Thanks so much for your comment Having unknown Pokémon as starters would definitely be a massive twist, and you're right-it would catch everyone completely off guard! I think the unpredictability could make the game feel fresh and exciting, especially for long-time fans. I completely agree with your point about Pokémon HOME. The idea of paradox Pokémon with mega evolutions is super intriguing! While it might be a long shot, introducing mechanics that combine past features like Mega Evolutions with newer ones like Paradox Pokémon could add an incredible layer of depth. Lastly, a storyline that weaves time travel into gameplay-exploring past and future to prevent destruction-is such an cool concept.
@Nayvee-q9j I mean, if you capture a paradox Pokemon and go to the present, you might just discover mega stones that work on them, maybe the mega stones could also be the key to the device that would save the Pok'eWorld from destruction albeit losing the stones in the process. I find it irritating that Pokemon can't hold items in Pokemon HOME as well, especially items that match the Pokemon such as Zacian and Zamaxenta. It doesn't really make sense to me, as it wouldn't take much to add in a held item option on the screen, even if it's just an image.
tbh.... with the Mega's, i hope they complete the sets It doesn't make sense Slowbro and Glalie have Mega's, but Slowking and Froslass don't (Also interesting to see how they are gonna tackle Galarian Slowbro if its in the game or can be brought in because the data for Slowbro is in the game, wouldn't make sense if it cannot Mega evolve). Same with us getting a Mega Carbink. I personally hope we don't get any Hoenn Mega Evolutions at all... due to them having the most amount of Mega's currently (With 30), Kanto follows with 22, all the other regions have below 10 Mega evolutions). I have a feeling a lot of the Pokemon in the Kalos National Dex are gonna be included, especially the popular ones. I also hope for the Elemental Monkeys, cuz they and Furfrou are the only mons currently not to have been featured on the Switch (And Fufrou is in, so that only means Elemental Monkeys still need to be confirmed and i would actually laugh my pants off if they make the Elemental Monkeys the actual starter Pokemon of Legends Z-A). That Zeroara rumor was actually a mistranslation. I don't think Zygarde is getting a Mega at all... since Complete Zygarde bascially functions as a Mega Evolution as well. Problems with some Mega evolutions you listed, while excluding the ones they are tied with Mega Tyrantrum also means we should get Mega Aurorus (They are tied as fossils, unlike Aerodactyl, who is a stand-alone) Mega Zangoose obviously means we should get Mega Seviper as well.
Really interesting insight, Firstly thankyou so much for taking time to comment :) I completely agree-it’d be awesome to see the sets completed for Mega Evolutions like Slowbro/Slowking and Glalie/Froslass. It feels weird when one half of a duo gets special treatment while the other doesn’t. And yeah, Galarian Slowbro could be fascinating to tackle if it ends up being included. Hoenn really does dominate the Mega pool! I would love to even see the Elemental Monkeys in the game. The Zeraora mistranslation, not 100% know what you mean on this one? please expand if you do not mind :) As for tied Megas, that’s an excellent point about Tyrantrum and Aurorus. Balancing those pairs is important, and it’d be odd to give one a Mega without the other. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see how Game Freak handles it all!
I really want a dragon type eeveelution which resembles a kirin and be a foil to Sylveon, Sylveon's a stank and the dragon type eeveeluton could be a fast attacker . It's shiny form could be Jade while its default could be Amber
A dragon type eeveelution would be great! However, we're probably not ever gonna get new eeveelutions and it's our fault. Game freak explained that with how many fan made eeveelutions there are out there, they don't wanna make ones that feel like they're fan made/ not original
The ones I need to be there the most are the elemental monkeys, patrat's evolution line and furfrou (that thanfully we saw in the trailer)... I need all of them shiny for my shiny livingdex
@Nayvee-q9j it is a grind, but I've been shiny hunting sporadically over the years. Now I'm missing less than 100 shinies to finish the dex, and some of them are these pokemon that are uncatchable in the switch games. I plan to finish the dex before next summer 🙂
@@akainusakazuki2743 I love that! When Z-A comes out I will be doing best way to shiny hunt when I work it out so hope that helps but your probs a better expert than me 😂
@Nayvee-q9j I'll look forward to see the guide, maybe they will add a different way to shiny hunt and we'll need a guide for it! I know I'll take any help I can get 🙂 if they add the sparkles and the shiny noise that they had in legends Arceus it's gonna be very funny to shiny hunt in ZA too! 😁
