Raises is the transitive verb, so correct here as impacting on the direct object "chances" (rises is instransitive) That said, I think a literal translation "laziness is the mother of all vices" still works
Thank you. Just one thing: at this stage it would be good to have this lesson complete in Portuguese, just here and there some words of translation in English. By listening you can learn a lot
I did like the vid, but for a B2 course I would expect no English in the video at all - even the English equivalents can be read on screen. However, all your talking to the students would be better in Pt
Olá 👋 obrigada pelo teu comentário 😊 this is the first lecture out of 10 or 12 lectures. As I say in the video, I progressively start speaking more and more Portuguese. I also have other two courses that are mainly all in Portuguese, that don’t involve so much grammar but more speaking and comprehension, so they’re more focused in that :) But thank you for your feedback. It definitely helps to have different insights, as I’m always trying to improve. Thank you! Beijinho, Mia
Olá! Please go to this link: school.learn-portuguese.org/p/learn-european-portuguese-online-a1-a2-course-bundle-for-beginners This is my course for beginners. I am sorry I took a while to answer, but I still am getting my way around with TH-cam comments. Thank you for your interest :) If you have any questions, let me know ;) Beijinhos, Mia.

I need to take the B2 exam. At some time.
Where can I find examples of past exams ?
I searched and found nothing yet.
Thank you

Meu Deus, ouvi o provérbio português: "Um burro velho não aprende línguas", e eu, pobre, tenho 77 anos. Que humilhante. : (((
Isso não é verdade! Toda a gente pode aprender, é só ter vontade! E tu estás no caminho certo 😊
