Yes, and the Extella Zero storyline,from which Extella is loosely based on, has Hakuno and Saber/Caster fighting Female!Hakuno and Archer after Leo's Gawain loses to Archer. In Extella/Zero,this femaleMC is basically a variant NPC created using Hakuno's data but lacks a soul. Archer takes pity on her and answers her call, fighting for her sake even though he knows she's fated to self-destruct due to her lack of a Soul (similar to what happened to Hakuno in the Nero path of Extella). So the concept of Archer being Female Hakuno's servant always existed.
He means Nero,since he's talking about being chewed out for being late and allowing Hakuno to step in the battlefield (since Hakuno went to find Nameless). Though I do understand the confusion since he had just fought Artoria and Archimides was mentioning how he was "thankful" that Nameless had made Saber retreat (since Saber was hunting down Archimides).
