AI copilot for power apps is in preview in certain regions. You can try make.preview.powerapps.com and see if it shows up. Describe and let AI build is currently only for US region. These are all new features and will slowly make their way across regions.

I wouldn’t put company specific data but rather enter fake data to get information form chatgpt.
