  • This is the SEC drill and it stands for
    Sink
    Extend
    Catch up
    This is a simple exercise to do on the field or in the gym.
    We're focusing on our shape with movement, I'm using an bar band to control the movement as we go forwards and backwards
    To go forward we firstly want to drop our height through our knees, then extend through our legs and then catch our feet up.
    Throughout the entire Movement we want to stay low and in control we don't want any jerky movement
    Here is a slowed down version explaining the process of how we're going to move forward.
    So firstly we're going to sink through our knees, this is going to drop the height and add pressure.
    We're then going to extend through our legs and then catch our feet up.
