the first criteria is the mosr difficult. i am interested in research on information system adoptions (such as mobile payment adoption, mobile health, online shopping). i have read many papers on this. what i find out is many of them asking the similar research question. why they were still accepted by journals for publication? i am confused after watching this video.
for an example, perceived privacy risk towards affecting mobile payment usage intention. lots of papers researched on this relationship, dont you think they repetitively asked the research question which against your Criteria#1 in this video?

There is no difference between conceptual framework and theoretical framework. Same thing with different names.
