    Fantastic advice - for everyone. Excellent content.

      Thanks David! We try to be safe for our families and also for the benefit of all jetski fishos. If we get any safety incidents the authorities will use it to make more rules to restrict us. As it is we get discriminated due to a small number of rec riders that have done the wrong thing in the past. There are several rivers and estuaries that we can’t launch from despite boats being able to.

    Love ALL your content but because of you and your previous videos, we're very well prepared for off-shore here in Myrtle Beach, SC. Another GREAT vid 👍 Thanks!

      Thanks Marko! Great to hear from someone in SC too! Hope the info translates well to your local conditions. I hope to keep them coming but the weather and my job has kept me from getting out as much as I want. Anyway, keep in touch!

    G,day Paul, thanks for your continued safety briefings and ideas, this message needs to be put out regularly as to many people tend to get complacent,always handy to have more than not enough.cheers Daniel 👍🍺🇦🇺

      Thanks for the support Daniel. As I said in another comment, with the large number of newbies buying pwcs, the message is important. We don’t want further restrictions placed on where we go or what we do because of a uninformed minority that spoil it for us.

      Yep..good point! I was just publishing and editing some of the old videos because of the new branding and I watched that video! back when my ski must have been under 10hrs old too!

    Hi Jetfisher, you have got me absolutely blown away with what these machines can do. I’m now looking at getting Shoreline Yamaha in Brisbane to make one up exactly like yours. Was wondering if you have ever weighed your JetSki with tubbies and trailer unloaded. And if you have ever measured the trailer from towball to the back of the trailer. And full width. I’m going to get a few quotes for transportation to Melbourne. Thanks so much for all your great videos. Regards Shane

      @Jetcast  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Gold Lad. I am glad you like our fishing chariots - I think am in love with mine! I haven't weighed or measured my rig sorry. I think Shoreline would be able to get close to the right number if you ask them. See if you can speak to Patrick O'Keefe (owner) and tell him I sent you! I'd say they have also shipped a unit down your way before so might even by able to refer you to a freight company. You might also be able to find someone on Airtasker to drive it down for you. Just make sure it's insured! But for some guide, the width is less than maximum legal. I think it is around 1500mm wide. The trailer with ski is probably around 4m -4.5m. Add around 60Kg to a standard FXHO weight for approx ski with Tubbies and maybe the aux fuel tank. Trailer might add another 150kg but there might be specs online for a standard PWC trailer. Good luck, you'll love i!

      @@Jetcast thanks so much for your detailed reply. Keep putting out the videos. I’m seriously going through 2-3 a night just to catch up to your 100 episodes. They are bloody great. You live in a wonderful part of the world up there. I’ve never owned a ski before. So I keep watching your cleaning part 3 video. Learnt heaps from that one! Thanks mate

    Interesting about the effect of an esky on the stability of ski. I have the SVHO which can carry 3 people. The third person makes the ski very unstable. So much so I don’t take a third person anymore.

    • @Jetcast
      @Jetcast  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes have to agree. The bigger/higher the esky is, the more pronounced the effect. Tubbies are the safest way to carry a stack of gear - and if you carry people they would also be a major plus.

    Hi Paul why has your name changed from Jetfisher?

    • @Jetcast
      @Jetcast  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi James. The reason for this is to have my own legal entity for the business aspects, but more importantly "Jet Fish" and "JetFish" are trademarks held by the Yamaha Motor Corporation, to which I have no affiliation. I have just switched all social media to "Jetcast" to avoid future conflicts. It will be the same person and focus, but the new branding will allow me take things to the next level and not hold me back.
      The Facebook Page and TH-cam Channels have also changed to "Jetcast" You may already know I have a website: www.jetcast.au
      I hope you continue to follow me. I am very grateful for all the support I have received over the years. I hope to continue to offer info, advice, entertainment, and some unique products to help your PWC fishing.
      Onward and upward! Thanks very much
      Paul -formerly "Jetfisher!
