Brilliant stuff, used it a few times now.
A medium can + air top up from compressor works wonders on my 20" tyres.

Yes after driving the recommended 6 miles stop and check pressures and adjust as required

Same way with a car tyre ""puncture"",but don`t use the whole can or your tyre will explode.

Should you do this when the car is totally flat or pump it up first?
