Its time the government realize far too many high school students leaving high school with no subject, no skill, no trade. It is a hugh problem that has been overlooked by the policy makers. Its time Heart Trust skills and trade programs be implemented in all the high schools, so the children who are not academic sauvy could learn a skill or trade while in high school. Leaving with there Heart certficate which is something valuable at home and abroad in the working world.

The Mandeville Market is in a state of dying crisis. No proper bathroom, roofing or water supply. It has been taken over by garbage, rats, roaches, magots and everything nasty.
